Future Opening: Asphalt Raker / Lute Operator

Position Overview:
The Asphalt Raker is responsible for shaping, leveling, and smoothing asphalt during paving operations to ensure proper grade and finish.
Responsibilities:
• Spread and level hot mix asphalt using hand tools
• Maintain proper depth, slope, and grade
• Work closely with the paver operator and crew
• Ensure smooth transitions and clean edges
• Assist with hand patching and detail work
Qualifications:
• Prior asphalt paving experience preferred
• Knowledge of asphalt depths, grades, and slopes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
